You don't need to worry about the technical details. Our system automatically analyzes the resolution of your uploaded file the moment you add it.

Based on a professional print standard of 300 DPI (dots per inch), we calculate the maximum size your image can be printed at while remaining crisp and sharp. The size options shown to you are automatically limited to these quality standards—so if you are able to select a specific size, you can be confident the print quality will be excellent.

We support the most common image formats: JPG, PNG, and PDF. We also fully support HEIC files, so you can upload photos directly from your iPhone without needing to convert them first.

We come as close as technology allows. We print using the Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4100, widely considered the gold standard for fine art printing. Its advanced 12-colour ink system delivers incredible depth and colour accuracy that standard printers cannot match.

However, please keep in mind that screens are backlit (they emit light), while paper reflects light. This means images on a digital screen may appear slightly brighter or more vibrant than a physical print.

Yes! Modern smartphones have excellent cameras capable of producing high-quality prints.

Important: Please ensure you upload the original file directly from your camera roll. Avoid uploading screenshots or photos saved from apps like WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram, as these services compress images, significantly reducing their quality.

Our system is designed to print your photo in its entirety, ensuring nothing gets cut off. The sizes available to you depend on the aspect ratio (the shape) of your uploaded file. For example, if you upload a square photo, a rectangular 50x70cm size won't appear because the shapes don't match.

If you require a specific standard size, you must crop your photo to that ratio before uploading. You can easily do this using the standard "Edit" or "Crop" function in the Photos app on your smartphone or computer.

No. In our "Print & Frame" section, the size you select refers to the printed image itself. When you add a mount, we automatically increase the size of the frame to fit around your image. Your print remains exactly the size you chose, and the frame grows to accommodate the extra border.

No, because we print to the exact aspect ratio of your file. However, please be aware that approximately 4-5mm of the edges will be covered by the frame lip or the mount to hold the picture in place.

If you have important details on the very edge and want to ensure they remain fully visible, you need to manually add a border to your image file

• PermaJet Matt Plus 240gsm (Smooth Matte)
  • The Feel: A midweight paper with a clean white base and a completely smooth, matte surface. It has zero reflection or glare.
  • Best For: Art prints, illustrations, and modern photography. It delivers razor-sharp details and a clean, contemporary look. Because it has no sheen, it looks excellent behind glass.
• PermaJet Oyster 271gsm (Pearl / Lustre)
  • The Feel: A heavyweight photographic paper with a subtle "pearl" or "lustre" texture. It feels like a high-quality traditional photograph. It is the whitest Oyster paper on the market and is both water- and fade-resistant.
  • Best For: Traditional photography. The subtle sheen enhances vibrant colors and deep blacks, making photos look punchy and dynamic.

Both of our papers produce stunning black & white results, so the choice depends on the style you prefer:

• Choose PermaJet Matt Plus for an "Artistic" or modern look. The smooth, non-reflective surface is often preferred for fine art photography because it allows the composition and tones to stand out without any glare.
• Choose PermaJet Oyster if you want high contrast. The subtle sheen helps achieve deeper, richer blacks (Dmax) and gives the print the feel of a classic darkroom photograph.

Our prints are of archival quality and designed to last a lifetime. We use professional LUCIA PRO pigment inks, which are rated to resist fading for 80+ years under normal display conditions. Unlike standard inks that can fade quickly, these museum-grade pigments ensure your artwork stays vibrant for generations.
