Return Policy

At We Do Frames, you have a full 30-day return period – simple and secure.

What can be returned?

You can return all products, except:

• Gift cards
• Bulk orders with specially agreed discounts

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

📦 Return by post

Send an email to [email protected]with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. You will then receive instructions for the return process.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a return label by email.
A return shipping fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please remember to:

• Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Include a note with your order number (#xxxxx) and a list of the returned items (e.g. 1x Amsterdam (10×10mm), Black 40×40cm).

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

You can also return your order in person at our showroom in Bjerringbro.

Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.

A €7 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you used our return label.It may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.We do not require damaged items to be returned – just contact us, and we’ll find a solution.
