For any questions, feel free to contact us via email, which will typically be answered within 48 hours, or by phone during office hours.

Prices and Payment

• All prices on the website are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

• The price of a frame depends on its size, profile, color, glass type, etc., and you can see the updated price as you configure your order.

• Accepted payment methods: VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, and MobilePay. No transaction fees apply.

• Payment information must be provided at the time of purchase, but the amount will only be charged when the item is dispatched.


Bank Transfers

By agreement, payment can be made via bank transfer. Note that this payment method does not fall under the chargeback scheme.


Delivery

• Delivery options:

• Pickup at our office at P.O. Pedersens Vej 2, Aarhus N

• Pickup at our factory in Bjerringbro

• Delivery to private addresses or GLS Parcel Shops

• For large orders or frames, pallet delivery is available.

• Delivery costs:

• Pickup at office or factory: Free

• Parcel Shop: DKK 49

• Private address: DKK 99

• Pallet delivery: DKK 595

• Delivery is only available within Denmark and takes 6-14 business days from the order date.

Responsibility: We are responsible for your order until it is delivered by GLS or picked up. Damages occurring after delivery/pickup are the customer’s responsibility.


Right of Withdrawal


Since all orders are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications, the right of withdrawal is voided upon purchase. Simply refusing delivery does not constitute a valid withdrawal.


Price Match Guarantee


We Do Frames ApS offers a price match guarantee on similar products made of the same materials. The price match does not apply to discounted or promotional prices found elsewhere.


Measurement Guarantee


If you accidentally input incorrect measurements when ordering, we offer a Measurement Guarantee:

• If the correct frame size is smaller (and cheaper), you pay no extra cost.

• If the correct frame size is larger (and more expensive), you pay the price difference.

• A handling fee of DKK 50 applies for using this service.


Conditions:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery/pickup.

2. Provide documentation that the frame does not fit.

3. Return the incorrect frame to us, either in person or by shipping at your expense.


For assistance with a return label, contact us at [email protected]. A new invoice will be issued for the handling fee and any price difference, which must be paid before production of the replacement frame begins.


Complaints and Warranty


As a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers repair, replacement, or refund for defects.


Conditions:

• The complaint must be justified and not due to improper use or damage caused by the consumer.

• Complaints must be filed within a reasonable timeframe (no later than 2 months from when the defect is discovered).


If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned securely packaged, and proof of shipping costs should be retained.

Privacy Policy


To process your order, we require the following information:

• Name, address, phone number, and email address.


Your data will only be shared with GLS for delivery purposes. We retain order-related data for five years in compliance with Danish tax laws.


Analytics and Payments:

• We use anonymized Google Analytics for insights into website usage.

• Payments are processed via Quickpay and Clearhouse; we do not store card or payment details.

Changes to Terms and Conditions


We Do Frames ApS reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will apply only to orders placed after the change date.
